1) Big Daddy’s on the Landing
Have a big appetite? Head over to Big Daddy’s on the Landing, one of St. Louis’s most hopping night life destinations. Big Daddy’s is all about making things big; big happy hour specials, big late night parties, big events, and big flavors. Try one of Big Daddy’s burgers, like the Big Mamajama, the Ultimate Grilled Cheese Burger, or the MOAB (Mother of All Burgers). They have another location in the Soulard area of St. Louis, so you have no excuse to skip out.
2) Joey B’s on the Hill
Wing lovers will flock to Joey B’s on the Hill. Made famous for their wings and signature dipping sauces; Joey’s B’s packs in powerful flavors into all their dishes. They make their portions so big that they’re known for sending all customers home with a doggie bag. On Sundays, be sure to stop by for their fried chicken special, where you’ll get half a bird, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob- all for $9.99. They also have another location on the Landing, just north of the Gateway Arch.
3) Joanie’s Pizzeria
Joanie’s Pizzeria is St. Louis’s favorite pizza. No need to feel shy, at Joanie’s they treat everyone like family. Sit down, have a slice, and feel right at home. Joanie’s has plenty of premium toppings for you to choose from to create the pizza of your dreams, or help yourself to a calzone, sandwich, or one of their other lunch and dinner specials. If you’re looking to have some pizza and beer and then have a good time downtown, Joanie’s has you covered with a complimentary shuttle service- just ask the bar tender for a red shuttle ticket.
