Don’t miss an opportunity to check out this one-of-a-kind dining experience when looking for food and fun in Minneapolis.  “If you’re a visitor to Minnesota and looking to have fun, someone will recommend that you come here,” states Pat Forciea, marketing director of Hell’s Kitchen, a unique restaurant located in downtown Minneapolis.

While there are many great dining options in the area, Forciea believes the creative atmosphere and vibes of Hell’s Kitchen are what makes this restaurant extra-special. “We are all about fun. We are many things but I think it’s fair to say we’re an experiential restaurant,” Forciea explains, “There’s a bit of eccentricity that runs through our DNA. We work hard to keep our prices very moderate. We also have great food.”

Another beloved item is the sausage bread that pairs well with the house-made peanut butter. The sausage bread and peanut butter are both so popular that they’re often purchased online through the restaurant’s website and shipped throughout the United States and Canada.

For those looking to spice up their hair-of-the-dog experience, Hell’s Kitchen offers a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar. After serving up 32,000 Bloodys in 2014, Forciea wondered how he could “squeeze some more blood out of that turnout”.  The Bloody Mary bar features an elaborate spread of garnishes for the cocktails. “Thirty-five feet of chicken wings, deviled eggs beef jerky, fruit, veggies, 250 kinds of hot sauces…”says Forciea, “It’s funny to see some of our regular customers building what appear to be 3 or 4 story condos.”

Hell’s Kitchen gives more to the community than just delicious food and boozy brunches. The restaurant hosts a different non-profit event every Monday. “We try to be very active members of the community,” explains Forciea, “We also aren’t bashful about voicing our opinions about issues that mean a lot to us, such as social justice issues and supporting LGBT community.”

Music lovers would enjoy Hell’s Kitchen as there is live entertainment. “Music is a huge part of who we are. We have live music every Wednesday through Sunday. All types…blues, jazz, rock, djs- we just like music,” says Forciea.

In addition to live music, Hell’s Kitchen is frequently hosting different types of events such as a Queer Prom, TechniColoring Happy Hour and a PRIDE Happy Hour Drag Show. Hell’s Kitchen is a must-visit destination for anyone visiting Minneapolis because it is more than just a restaurant, as evident by the passion, creativity and that “little bit of eccentricity running through the DNA” of its employees.
