All of these ¿firsts¿ are rolled into one¿Holiday World & Splashin¿ Safari. Located in Santa Claus in southern Indiana. Did you ever think a theme park would give away soft drinks? And not charge for parking? Use of inner tubes and sunscreen in the water park is free!
For 2008, Kima Bay opens in Splashin' Safari, with seven water slides and lots of monkey-themed waterplay fun for families. And in Holiday World, the Star Spangled Carousel opens in the 4th of July section plus the new Reindeer Games ride for the little dears in the Christmas section. The park¿s three wooden roller coasters are ranked highly by coaster enthusiasts each year ¿ with The Voyage taking the #1 Wooden Coaster on the Planet award in 2007.
