Description   The Denver Art Museum's seven stories showcase European, American and Western painting, sculpture, design, and photography, pre-Columbian and Asian art, modern and contemporary art, textiles, and a world-famous American Indian art collection. The museum also presents many special exhibitions. Noted for innovative family-friendly programs, some of the most popular include the Just For Fun family center, Family Backpacks, the Kids Corner, Eye Spy games, and the Discovery Libraries. A new wing designed by renowned architect Daniel Libeskind, will open in 2005. General Museum admission is free for children 12 and younger.
