The Ukrainian Canadian Archives and Museum of Alberta collects and preserves artifacts documenting the lives and aspirations of Ukrainian pioneers in Alberta as well as those related to the social history of Ukrainian Canadians in general. The museum exhibits clothing, embroidery, musical instruments, stamps, an 18th century Bible and much more. Our archives contain newspapers and periodicals dating back to the beginning of the century, while the library is often used for family history or historical research. In addition, UCAMA houses collections of photographs, maps, and records. |
