Description   Chateau Bianca Winery is the culmination of 4 generations of winemaking. Set in a pristine location high above the valley floor, with views of Mt. Jefferson, Sisters, Mt. St. Helens,and the Cascade range. Chateau Bianca Winery offers daily wine tasting, and extensive gift shop, picnic facilities, and their Estate Bed and Breakfast. Selection includes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Blanc. Specialty Sparkling Wines, a Fireside Port, and a Holiday Gluhwein are available as well.

West on Hwy. 22 for 20 miles. Pass the Baskett Slough Wildlife Refuge. We are located directly on Hwy. 22 on top of Butler Hill, outside of Dallas, bordering Sheridan. 10 Miles east of Spirit Mountain Casino.
