The Green on the Hill is a 4-acre outdoor venue, where you get to see some of the world's greatest entertainment underneath the stars! The entire 4 acres is grassed and both box seats & general admission seating is on grass. Green on the Hill is located in Signal Hill, CA. Signal Hill is a city surrounded by the city of Long Beach, CA. The venue is on a hill and overlooks greater Los Angeles. On clear nights you can see the skyline of downtown Los Angeles. The hill is 2 miles from the Pacific Ocean, making the weather pleasant, cool & breezy, even on the hottest day.
Our 2001 Season included appearances by Dwight Yoakam, Eric Burdon & the New Animals, The Orchestra, Yardbirds, Dave Mason, Michael Feinstein, Maynard Ferguson, Jazz Crusaders, Yellowjackets, Blue Oyster Cult, Foghat, Tom Scott & the LA Xpress, and many more.
