The Southampton Publick House was established in July 1996 as the first and only Microbrewery/Restaurant located on the East End of Long Island. Donald, Kevin, and Jim Sullivan chose Southampton and the location that housed the venerable "Herb McCarthy's Bowden Square" restaurant for more than 40 years.
The brothers recruited renowned Brewmaster Phil Markowski to handle the brewing. The Southampton Publick House sells its unique products to over 40 specialty beer bars and restaurants throughout Long Island and New York City. |
