The year 1987 observed the inauguration of the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival with a tour of world-class chamber musicians. Through a love of classical music, great leadership and stupendous support from the community, the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival has grown from a handful of attendees to an audience of over 47,000.
The glorious sounds of orchestral and chamber music will once again fill the air of the majestic Rocky Mountains June 27 through August 5, 2003. In the 16th year Bravo brings to the Vail Valley over 40 acclaimed soloists, ensembles and three outstanding resident orchestras - the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and new to the Festival, America’s flagship orchestra, the New York Philharmonic. |
