We�re not sure what to make of this, but the Virginia Tourism Corporation has long used the slogan �Virginia Is For Lovers� to promote the attractions of a state named for Elizabeth I, England�s �Virgin Queen.�

The center features aircraft and spacecraft suspended from a 94-foot high ceiling, in addition to NASA displays. Displays include the Apollo 12 command module, a lunar lander, a moon rock collected during the Apollo 17 mission and a meteorite from Mars as well as several hands-on exhibits. An IMAX theater presents films on a rotating schedule. The center has a gallery and a seven-storey observation deck.
