Insider Info

Bring plenty of extra layers to keep warm offshore, even on hot summer days. Wear shoes with good bottom grips for all trips, and wear closed-toe shoes for fishing. Sunglasses, sunscreen, a camera, and binoculars are also great to have.

Whale watching is an offshore trip. Visitors should be mindful of their health and balance before joining a trip--please consult with a physician if unsure of fitness for travel on an offshore boat.

Odyssey Whale Watch does not have private parking and summertime parking in the area can be difficult. Pay to park in a local public lot or garage, as street parking does not have meters long enough to accommodate the four-hour trip. Arrive early and set aside enough time to find a parking space.
