Each work of art at Dreamland takes an average of six months to one year to complete and may require more than twenty artists, depending on the level of complexity. Each hair is manually implanted and several thin layers of paint are added over the course of several weeks to reach real-life skin tone. The most advanced materials available are used to create fine details, from surgical prosthetics to porcelain teeth.
