Located on the Hyannis inner harbor, only steps away from downtown, the Cape Cod Maritime Museum offers visitors a peek into the Cape's past, present, and future of boatbuilding and maritime-related activities. In

CCMM's active boat shop is staffed most weekdays and there are always boats in progress or being repaired. Volunteers work with local youth to teach them the skills necessary to be placed in entry-level boat yard employment. Educational programs for kids ages 5 through 12 are offered throughout the summer, with registration available on the museum's website. Craft kits are also available daily.
