About The Area

Let's just say Minneapolis-St. Paul really has it together. From its food to its attractions to its public transportation, Minneapolis is somewhere you'll want to spend more than a few days.

With plenty of lakes and nature weaving its way in and out of the city, tourists get the best of both worlds in the Midwest's "City of Lakes." We counted - it has 22 in total, which means there's plenty of paddling and boating to be done as long as you're visiting between the warmer months of May and October.

Navigating the Twin Cities is fairly easy with its public transportation, and you'll never have to worry about asking for directions. Even though Minneapolis-St. Paul is a big city, there's still plenty of "Minnesota Nice" still hanging on.
