Fun Facts

George's Lounge is the second oldest continually operating bar in Downtown Canton.

George's is part of the Historic Canton Music Block serving as one of a group of venues for live bands and honoring the history of music legends like Johnny Cash and Hank Williams that played here at the Canton Auditorium.

In 2012, George's commissioned local artist (and contest winner) Tyler Joy to paint a mural across the front of the building to celebrate the Canton Arts District. Look for the giant hand reaching for a beer mug.
