Fallingwater is an experience of architecture and nature. As such, there is considerable walking indoors and outdoors during your tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and allow up to two hours for your visit. And don’t forget to stop by the onsite Café and Museum Store.

Children must be at least six years old to accompany a guided house tour of Fallingwater. If you plan to bring young children, you may use our onsite, unsupervised family room. Children's tours are available for children ages 5-8 on specific days June 1 through Aug. 31. Call 724-329-8501.

While interior photography is not permitted during regular Guided House Tours, visitors can experience an extended In-Depth Tour that offers access to secondary rooms not available on the regular tour and allows photography.

Not sure what month to visit Fallingwater? Each season brings something new to your experience at Fallingwater. While fall is the most popular time, the foliage surrounding the house blossoms with native mountain laurel in late May and mature native rhododendrons in late June through early July.

During your tour, look for beautiful pieces of Tiffany on display in many rooms throughout Fallingwater! There are 13 pieces in Fallingwater’s collection including lamps, picture frames, vases, candlesticks and trays.

Fallingwater has hosted many famous visitors including Noble Prize winner Albert Einstein, artists Frieda Kahlo and Diego Rivera and even Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
